Also know as Italian Almond Brittle a Krokant is more toffee than brittle.
We make a delicious golden toffee then add in our toasted almonds we keep cooking until all the almond is completely covered in toffee. We then working quickly poor this on to our marble slab, then we spread the toffee mixture out by hand. Getting the toffee to the right thickness and as it cools cutting into pieces.
